Using the Ohio eBook Project is easy! If you need help, here's a quick guided tour created by OverDrive, the company that provides downloadable service for us and many other libraries. The guide walks you through the basics, from getting started to downloading to burning to a CD. In just a few minutes, even the newest user can be enjoying a downloaded book.
As the guide is not library specific, there are a few things in it which do not apply to the Ohio eBook Project:
You may have a maximum of 10 titles checked out from the Ohio eBook Project.
You may have a maximum of 10 titles on hold.
Downloaded eBooks and Audiobooks are checked out for 14 days and are automatically returned to the library.
Downloaded Music and Videos are checked out for 7 days and are automatically returned to the library.
If you have any questions about downloadables after you view the tutorial, ask a library staff member or click on "Support" for more assistance.
